Return & Refund Policy

The consumer can cancel the purchase contract for any product bought on www.swansandsoldiers.com (the Website), without incurring in any penalty, by contacting us at the e-mail clientservices@swansandsoldiers.com. The consumer has 14 (fourteen) day from the product delivery to submit the return request.

The consumer bears all the associated costs for the return of the product. In the case of a contract cancellation, only the product price will be refunded, deducted the costs to process the refund. The initial shipping costs and the shipping costs related to the return are bored by the consumer.

From the day we acknowledge the return by e-mail, the consumer has 7 (seven) days to return the product, using the same shipping standard (shipment with tracking number) used by us for the product shipping.

The product must be returned in a secure way and in the same conditions in which it was received. Only products in their original packaging will be accepted. Products returned must not be washed nor damaged   and the tag must be attached. We will approve the return, and refund the price originally paid by the customer only if the product is in perfect conditions and all the conditions listed in this paragraph are met.

Should we not accept a return because the conditions described above are not satisfied, then the product will be sent back to the customer and the shipping costs will be bored by the customer.

To refund the customer, Swans and Soldiers SAGL will use the same payment method used for the purchase of the product. From the amount to be refunded we will deduct the payment related costs, if any.

The effective date of Return and Refund Policy is the 17th April 2018.
