You get a first e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. You get a second e-mail confirming the acceptance of your order. A third e-mail is sent as shipment confirmation. With the third e-mail you receive the shipment tracking number and the details of the carrier.

All shipments outside CH are subjects to local VAT (value added tax) and may be subject to duties. The customer is responsible for the payment of such taxes and duties as these are not included in the product price nor in the shipment costs. Yes, you have the right to return a product, but not after fourteen (14) days from the date we shipped the product.
